Another shot from the Jesus house event. For this one I used my lovely new fisheye lens. Which is amazing in low light conditions (and yes No flash).
This is Muyiwa, a gospel performing artist who brought the house down with his renditions of worship.

Wonderful angle of view, the 15mm works perfectly ! Bravo !!
àsìkò: thanx yes its a lovely lens
I did but dude I have a lens that has a focal length of 16mm, 1mm more than yours and I don't get this much distortion so did you or did you not enhance it?
àsìkò: nope i didn't, only PPing here is black and white conversion. remember its a fisheye
The fisheye lens, love them, got to get myself one
I now specialize in shooting almost all events I cover without flash, just that my camera is way ahead of my lenses lol, but with what I have (and the beauty of CS3) one is able to do wonders, Lovely lovely shot here, however I have one little issue with the darks on his face, I know this is due to the conversion but I just feel it may be a slighter (only by 1%) better shot if the darks where a tad bit lighter. How do you convert to B&W?
àsìkò: thanx Suby, I was thinking of lighting up bits on his face as well. I use the LAB colour method, what method do u use?
well well well.......... he looks quite intense. ok shot
beautiful use of fish eye
i know it was unavoidable, but am not a fan of the black box in the left corner i agree with suby on the darkness for b&w conversion i usually use the gradient map adjustment layer (not saying it's the best...it's just what i use)
Really like this Ade. Filled with loads of energy!
Clear and crisp!
Its like im standing there with him. You are very talented
Love it dude. you get that full frame feeling.
