Back again......................... I am really gonna try and post more often.................... we'll see. I have been doing a lot more weddings than previously and this is one of the shots from a wedding I did. Despite the technical pitfulls I absolutely love this. Maybe its the expression of the bride on her day. Its this sort of emotion I love to capture at weddings.
A lot of people assume wedding photography is a walk in the park, well it ain't. I tend to shoot anything between 400 - 600 images at any given wedding. Thats quite a bit considering they have to be processed. I tend to get rid of about 100 - 200 bcos they could be out of focus or have serious exposure issues. The others are opened in Adobe Lightroom and processed, this could days to weeks, bcos I have a full time job as most of U know. After that they are shown to the couple who pick their favourites. I then design and implement layouts for a storybook based on the images they have chosen. This is actually the hardest part of the process. Layout deisgn ain't easy especially since I am still learning about design. That is a brief outline of my wedding process. This will probably change in about a year as I am learning new ways to improve my process.
